Workshops

We run one-day workshops in which delegates are taught exercises and relaxation techniques based on Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Delegates are encouraged to explore the effectiveness of combating stress by practising these techniques. The emphasis of our workshops is very much on the practical application of these systems. We have a good understanding of stress issues from our experience of working in the highly-pressurised environments of the National Health Service, local education and the business world.

Company workshops can be tailored to specific requirements. They can be held at times and locations convenient to your organisation. Most of our workshops are held in the Home Counties around London. The size of each workshop is normally limited to 30 people so that we can give each delegate our personal attention.

We also run open workshops designed to help individuals recognise their stress peak levels and the factors that create stress in their lives. These workshops are usually held on a bi-monthly basis in Farnham, Surrey.
